1. Acceptance of Terms
By downloading, installing, or using RadarCopter ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
2. Service Description
RadarCopter provides real-time detection and notification of police helicopters within supported coverage countries using third-party aviation data providers, including Flightradar24 and, where enabled, ADSB.lol public ADS-B data.
3. Subscription Terms
3.1 Auto-Renewable Subscriptions
The App offers the following subscription options:
- Monthly Subscription: Automatically renews every month
- Annual Subscription: Automatically renews every year
3.2 Payment & Renewal
- Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase
- Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period
- Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period
- The renewal cost will be the same as the initial subscription price
3.3 Cancellation
- You can cancel your subscription at any time through your Apple ID account settings
- Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period
- No refunds are provided for partial subscription periods
- Upon cancellation, you will retain access to Pro features until the end of the paid period
3.4 Free Trial (if applicable)
- If a free trial is offered, you will be charged at the end of the trial period unless you cancel before it ends
- Cancel at least 24 hours before the trial ends to avoid charges
4. Geographic Restrictions
Police-helicopter alerts are only available in supported coverage countries. Use outside coverage may result in limited or no police-alert functionality.
5. Data Usage
The App requires location access to function. By using the App, you consent to the collection and processing of your location data as described in our Privacy Policy.
6. Acceptable Use
You agree to:
- Use the App only for lawful purposes
- Comply with all applicable traffic laws and regulations
- Not interfere with or disrupt the App's servers or networks
- Not attempt to reverse engineer or modify the App
You agree NOT to:
- Use the App to violate any laws or regulations
- Share your account with others
- Use the App while operating a vehicle in an unsafe manner
7. Disclaimer of Warranties
THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND.
We do not guarantee:
- Accuracy, completeness, or reliability of data
- Uninterrupted or error-free operation
- That the service will meet your requirements
Aviation and map data is provided by third-party sources, including Flightradar24, ADSB.lol where enabled, OpenStreetMap-derived road data, and map tile providers. It may contain errors, delays, or omissions.
8. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE APP.
9. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be reflected with an updated "Effective Date." Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
10. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time for violation of these Terms.

12. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Spain. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Spain.
13. Apple Standard EULA
